1. The organiser and these terms
Organiser: [TBD]. Registered address: [TBD]. GSTIN: [TBD]. Email: [TBD]. Phone: [TBD].
These terms apply to bookings and attendance at The AI Payoff Summit 2026. Read them together with our privacy, refunds and delivery policies before making a booking. Exact event dates, venue and ticket inclusions are [TBD] and will be published before sales open.
2. Admission, tickets and identification
Admission requires a valid ticket issued for the attendee and any identification requested at registration. Accepted identification, minimum age and entry conditions are [TBD]. Keep your ticket secure. A ticket does not include travel or accommodation unless expressly stated in its published inclusions.
Ticket transfers require the organiser’s approval under the refunds and cancellation policy. Resale, duplicate use and unauthorised commercial distribution are prohibited. The organiser may refuse an invalid ticket, subject to applicable law.
3. Respectful conduct and safety
Treat attendees, speakers, staff and venue teams respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour and disruption are prohibited. Follow reasonable safety and venue instructions. The organiser may remove a person whose conduct puts others at risk, subject to applicable law and any refund rights.
4. Photography and recording
The event may be photographed or recorded for event reporting and promotion. We will provide notice at the venue and a way to raise concerns. Contact the organiser before attending if you wish to discuss an image or recording preference. Any consent required by law will be obtained separately; buying a ticket does not waive your statutory privacy rights.
Do not commercially record, stream or redistribute sessions without permission. Speakers retain rights in their materials, except where separately agreed.
5. Programme changes
Speakers, timings, formats and sessions may change. We will communicate material changes through the website or the booking email. Event cancellation or postponement is covered by the refunds and cancellation policy. A programme change does not remove any remedy available under applicable law.
6. Responsibility and liability
Take reasonable care of yourself and your belongings. Session content reflects the speaker’s views and is general information. It is not individual business, investment or professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not responsible for indirect losses or independently arranged travel and accommodation. Any contractual liability cap is [TBD]. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of statutory forums, the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction. Contact the organiser first so we can try to resolve your concern.
