1. Who handles your information
Organiser: [TBD]. Registered address: [TBD]. GSTIN: [TBD]. Email: [TBD]. Phone: [TBD].
This policy explains the personal data used for AI Payoff enquiries, announcements and event services. It is prepared with reference to India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules, taking account of their phased commencement.
2. Information we collect
Forms collect the details you supply, such as name, work email, phone, company, role, message, selected topic, marketing preference and speaker proposal. We also record the source page, campaign parameters, submission time, browser user agent and a salted hash of the request IP for abuse prevention. We do not store the raw IP in the leads table.
When ticket sales open, Razorpay will handle payment credentials. We will receive payment references and status, plus the attendee and billing details needed for tickets and GST invoices. Do not include payment credentials or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, process speaker and sponsor requests, send the specific announcements requested, deliver event services and protect forms against abuse. We send wider marketing updates only when you separately opt in. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Consent and withdrawal
Submitting a form asks us to process its details for that request. The newsletter requires a separate, initially unchecked marketing choice. You can withdraw marketing consent by replying to an update email or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing; information required for legal or accounting obligations may still need to be kept.
6. Retention and security
Retention periods for enquiries, announcement subscriptions, applications, abuse-prevention records and event billing records are [TBD]. Information should be deleted or anonymised once its purpose ends, unless law requires retention. We restrict access to authorised people and service providers; no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, correction, completion or updating of your data, erasure, grievance redressal and nomination of another person to exercise rights in the circumstances provided by law. Contact us to make a request; we may verify your identity using proportionate information. You may raise an unresolved matter with the competent authority where that remedy is available.
8. Contact and grievance redressal
Privacy contact: [TBD]. Phone: [TBD]. Grievance officer name and direct contact: [TBD]. Request and grievance response period: [TBD]. You can also use the Contact page to raise a privacy request.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when processing or legal requirements change and revise the date above. Material new uses requiring consent will be explained before they begin.
